So something happened in the girls toilets and we couldnt open but we will be back on from next Tuesday with a lovely new ceiling in the bogs horray! RED coming up on Friday and Saturday, Fraz's one on Mondays too go to it it's very good!

DJ Fraz RED Mondays

Starting this Monday 26th June at RED, DJ Fraz will be playing the best in alternative, punk, metal, rock and hardcore.

You can expect to hear At the Drive In, Blood Brothers, Fugazi, Queens of the Stone Age, Slayer, Dillinger Escape Plan, Coverage, Refused, AC/DC, Deftones and all the things inbetween.

RED'S Pre Bar

Yah! Within the next few weeks the lovely Vaults is to become the pre bar. Our FoNo promoter has arranged loads of drink offers, cheaper entry to RED via Vaults, live bands and possibly guest DJs to get you warmed up (even getting a little stage in there!)

Be nice to have some bands on down there at the weekend, cheap drinks sounds good aswell...

Simon's Birthday BBQ

Beer, burgers and bands. Happy Birthday Simon it was quite a day wasn't it? Pictures of the BBQ at the Ram are here. My personal highlights were TSA's rendition of 'Hey Ya' and Komakino covering 'World in Motion'. Then it was a steady jog to RED which was as always...lovely

Our Esther is leaving Derby to go to Manchester tomorrow. There is talk about her being off to rehab instead but Im pretty sure she's leaving us for good. So good luck and come back to Derby sometimes wont ya? Roxy Music just won't sound the same... :-(

Really nice Screamadelica this week, not mega busy but got to play some new tracks late on into the night and got through lots of requests. Always prefer Screamadelica in the summer, seems to have a nice atmosphere and we get to mix up the playlists yah!!
