The club's other room will open in a few weeks with bands starting this Friday, hopefully we will be djing til 3 o'clock* aswell.

Sick to Death Disco has Moved (already!)

IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ!!!!

This Friday (April 28th) Sick to Death Disco will now be at Derby's newest night club 'Red' (formerly Gatehouse) on Friargate. The place looks stunning and we are really excited about Derby finally having a real indie night at the weekend in the city!

Times will be from 10-2/3am with live bands each week YES live bands too. Currently there's a capacity of 500 with the second floor opening soon where DJs will be offering indie/alternative /rock and so on. We will have the main room where bands will also be on throughout the night.

This is all I know at the moment, don't know prices etc but I'm sure/hope they will be ok. This will be our Rescue Rooms in my opinion, we have budgets to put on up and coming bands both local and from around the UK. AND THIS IS A FRIDAY NIGHT IN DERBY! We still cant believe it!

Our New Night Sick to Death Disco

Sick to Death Disco begins on the 21st April with Komakino and DJs until 2 in the morning. This will be every Friday from then on with plenty of drinks offers, free admission and lots of good tunes!

Lost Alone, First Floor, Derby

I can hear Simon Amstell on the telly, he's taking the piss out of Big Brovaz, is it a repeat? Im not sure I just want to sleep but cant, i had too much vodka and coke. Had to do this blog now because I need to inform that yesterday was unbelievable. All the bands were immense and Sian and I would like to thank Lost Alone for asking us to DJ. There really is becoming less and less reasons to go to Nottingham or Sheffield when we have gigs like these going on in our own little town.

Seroiusly last night was fucking colossal, i never say fuck or swear on this blog but it's early and last night deserves it!
